For over two decades, Michelle Baker has successfully litigated complex litigation matters including high profile business litigation, cross-border fraudulent transfer actions and numerous multi-million dollar business disputes in boutique civil litigation law firm environments as well as with large national firms. She has litigated extensively in state and federal court and has handled cases in various other jurisdictions such as Nevada, Colorado and Florida.

Ms. Baker is a tenacious advocate with a practice focus on complex business litigation and employment law. In the business arena, she has handled a wide range of business disputes. In employment matters, she represents employees in a broad range of legal issues, including: disability discrimination; unlawful retaliation; pregnancy discrimination; sexual harassment; wage and hour violations; and, issues arising out of workplace violence.

Ms. Baker is an active member of the various business law and labor and employment law sections of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association and San Diego County Bar Association. She has conducted numerous seminars for various business and professional organizations on business and employment law issues.

She brings a unique diversity to her practice and regards both California and the Czech Republic as home. Ms. Baker's other interests include spending time speaking to children on the importance of education. She previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Del Mar Schools Education Foundation and previously also sat on the Board of Directors for Youth Tennis of San Diego, which is an organization devoted to providing thousands of children a safe haven for after school activities.
